We offer a NEXT DAY delivery service as standard !
When will my order be delivered?
All orders received before 3 pm (Mon – Fri) will be despatched on the same day for delivery on the next working day. Friday despatches will be delivered on the following Monday unless you select the Saturday option at checkout. We do not guarantee a next day delivery. All orders received at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be despatched on the next working day for delivery the following day
Where do you deliver to?
Our carriers deliver next day all over mainland UK. We can also deliver to the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. However, deliveries to these areas will incur a surcharge (check here) and may take 2 days to arrive.
During the checkout procedure you will be asked to select your delivery service and area:
Next Day Delivery (Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm) - £8.99, (FREE for orders over £35)
AM Delivery (Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 10.30am) - £15.00
AM Delivery (Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 12 Noon) - £15.00
Saturday Delivery ( 8.30am - 5.30pm) - £15.00
Highlands of Scotland check your postcode (2 Day Service) - £18.00
Northern Ireland (2 Day Service) - £20.00
Channel Islands ( 2 - 3 Day Service) - £45.00
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Orders over £35 are delivered FREE, Monday – Friday to most UK mainland destinations (excl. Postcodes designated as "Highlands of Scotland" by our carriers). If your order is over £35, Free Delivery will be automatically selected for you at checkout.
Please note: Free Delivery does not apply to the Saturday or AM services. If you wish to have your goods delivered on a Saturday or on an AM service, you must select this option at checkout. Area surcharges to Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands also apply regardless of order value.
Do I Have To Be In To Sign For My Parcel?
Ideally yes, but if you cannot be at the delivery address to receive your parcel we can attach instructions to your parcel for it to be left somewhere safe in the vicinity. Simply fill in the delivery instructions box at checkout. You must understand however, that this is at your own risk so please make sure that wherever you choose is both out of sight and somewhere the carriers can gain access to.
How do I track my parcel?
Once you have placed your order we will provide you with instructions on how to do this by email.
