Pricing:

We maintain a competitive pricing policy, VAT will be charged at the rate applicable at the time of sale. Prices of goods stated on the web site may be subject to changes. The total cost of your order is the price of the goods together with delivery charges. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur.

If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Title of all goods supplied shall rest with the company until payment has been received in full.

Goods:

Boxes & Bubbles has made every effort to ensure that all product information held on this website is accurate. Some information, including images and specification, are derived from third party sources such as manufacturers.

Colours are representative and may not reflect exact shades, colour differences can occur in any product when it is being viewed and compared on a computer screen. We reserve the right to change and remove any item from the catalogue at any time.

Delivery:

All orders received before 3 pm (Mon – Fri) will be despatched on the same day for delivery on the next working day. Friday despatches will be delivered on the following Monday unless you select the Saturday option at checkout. We do not guarantee a next day delivery. 99.7 % of orders do arrive next day but occasionally some orders can take longer. All orders received at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be despatched on the next working day for delivery the following day

 

Damaged Goods:

Payment refunds will not be made (unless the transaction has been concluded over the Internet and the conditions noted below relating to the return of goods have been adhered to).  Please DO NOT accept goods that are damaged on delivery.  Any items that are damaged in transit must be refused and will then be returned to us. Upon their return, a replacement will be sent.  Your advice by email as soon as possible would be appreciated as this will allow us to deal with the problem quickly.

Shortages must be submitted by email or by phone 0845 226 6915 within seven days beginning with the day after the goods are received. Please include the Order ID and date the order was placed.

Returns:

If, when your goods arrive, they are not satisfactory or quite what you required, you have the right to cancel your order at any time up to seven working days after the day on which you receive the goods. You are responsible for the return of the goods.  If you have paid a delivery charge this will also be refunded but if you are only returning part of the order, then we will not refund any of the delivery charge. We reserve the right to deduct a 20 % restocking / admin charge on all orders that are cancelled and returned to us. For items that cannot be delivered by no fault of ourselves or Citylink and have to be returned to us, a refund will be issued less a 20% restocking fee plus any original delivery charge that was incurred.

If you decide to cancel all or part of your order after the 7 day cancellation period, returned goods will be refunded but we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee (equivalent to 20% of the value of goods ordered) and a return shipping charge of £9.99 if applicable.

We reserve the right not to accept returns that are in any way damaged or have been opened as these cannot be resold.

Once a parcel has been accepted and signed for  it will be your responsibility to return the parcel to us for a refund. If you wish to stop a delivery that is late or no longer required you must inform us straight away and we can stop the delivery and have it returned to us and process a refund.

Undelivered Items:

You will be advised by email of the expected delivery date for your order. If you have not informed us of a safe place for the carriers to leave your parcel, it will be returned to the depot. The carriers will not leave a parcel without instructions to do so as parcels are left without a signature at your own risk. If, for whatever reason, a parcel is returned to us undelivered,  we can either re-deliver at a flat rate charge of £9.99 or we can, providing the goods reach us in a resaleable condition, issue a refund less the original cost of shipping and any return charge that has been incurred. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver goods if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Privacy

For the purposes of the Data Protection Act, none of your personal details, including e-mail addresses, are sold, shared with or made available to any other individual or company other than the operators of this site.
